Environment Status
China’s rapid economic development has brought along prominent environmental problems in the rural areas. Resources conservation and environmental protection have been established as the fundamental state policy.

On December 21st, 2016, the Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs pointed out that to accelerate the disposal of livestock wastes and turn them to resources concerns the living and production environment for 600 million rural residents in China, and is highly relevant to the rural energy reform, soil quality improvement, and treatment of agricultural non-point source pollution. It benefits both China and the Chinese people on a long-term basis.
Treatment of livestock wastes should be market-oriented, be supported by the government, and with businesses taking major responsibilities. Methane and biogas utilization shall be the focus in this endeavor, especially used as rural energy and agricultural organic fertilizer. Our goal is basically realizing the resourceful transformation of excrement from large scale livestock farms during the 13th five year plan period for China’s economic development.
Integrated Solutions for Rural Environment Management
Integration of “environmental protection + clean energy + carbon emission reduction + circular agriculture”
The organic wastes scattered in the urban and rural areas in the scale of 20 kilometers are collected and transported to the biogas project, which is the center of the resource recycling. A number of agricultural disposal centers and distributed energy stations are established in each county.
HEEE now
◎Boasts a total biogas production volume of 400 million cubic meters per annum.
◎Carries out 200+ major and medium methane and biogas projects and supplies 280+ equipment at home and abroad.
◎Has undertaken the largest mixed stock fermentation project in China, with a daily biogas production of 100,000 cubic meters, the largest agricultural fowl manure fermentation project in China, producing 100,000 cubic meters of biogas per day, and a major biogas to energy project that marks the first successful agricultural CDM carbon trade in China.

High efficiency, high concentration, and high ammonia-nitrogen anaerobic digestion technology:
◎AD bacteria tolerated ammonia-nitrogen concentration increased to 6,000 mg/L, twice the normal tolerated concentration of 3,000 mg/L
◎High fermentation concentration, with TS concentration of 8%-12%
◎Volume loading rate (m3/(m3·d)): fowl manure, 1.5-1.8; pig manure, 1.2-1.5; cow dung, 1.0-1.2.
Crop stalks bionic hydrolysis technology:
Rumen simulation principle is applied for stalks pre-treatment, reducing the retention period of AD and increasing gas production rate.
Biogas desulfurization technology:
Desulfurization efficiency: over 99%

Biogas compression aqueous cleaning technology/membrane purification technology
Through compression aqueous cleaning and membrane purification, methane content in biogas increases from 55%-60% to over 97%, reaching national CNG standard of GB18047-2000 .
